As a Design Director at EY, I had the opportunity to lead an innovative proposal for a top Fortune 100 insurance and financial services firm, with whom we had a longstanding relationship. The firm sought to revolutionize its employee experience, embracing the tech-driven era of mobile, connected, and flexible work.
In today’s world, where the lines between work and living spaces blur, employers face the unique challenge of shaping corporate culture while enhancing the employee experience.
