An American multinational pharmaceutical and biotech company was grappling with an outdated employee portal. The fragmented infrastructure led to inefficiencies and data silos. Additionally, access was restricted to employees who were physically in the office and using desktop computers, frustrating those needing remote access from various devices.
To address these challenges, the company sought a more integrated, user-centric solution and invited EY to propose a new employee portal using ServiceNow. The goal was to create a centralized hub to streamline processes and ensure secure, device-agnostic access.
As Design Director at EY, I led the design of the proposed UX for the new portal. Our mission was to develop an intuitive platform to boost efficiency, foster collaboration, and create a more engaged and interconnected workforce.
