Creative Strategist & Digital Product Designer

Samantha is a creative strategist and digital product designer with over 15 years of experience transforming complex challenges into innovative solutions. She has partnered with organizations across technology, media and entertainment, finance, retail, pharmaceuticals, biotech, non-profit, consumer products, travel, and insurance sectors.

As a design leader and UX expert, Samantha helps organizations drive business growth through impactful user experiences. She aligns business objectives with user needs, uncovers hidden opportunities, and challenges conventional thinking. Her expertise in user-centered design, data-heavy enterprise UX, and SaaS enables her to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction in diverse markets.

Throughout her career, Samantha has led both domestic and global design teams on complex, multi-million dollar UX projects. She has collaborated with mission-driven startups and industry leaders such as the American Red Cross, Comcast, Merck, and TJMaxx. Samantha is dedicated to leading, inspiring, and mentoring creative teams that foster collaboration, culture, and community. In these roles, she cultivates inclusive design cultures that nurture and scale UX talent, creating environments where designers can grow, create, and thrive.

Samantha’s approach focuses on building supportive teams that use design thinking to address real human needs. Her work involves simplifying complex systems, improving accessibility, and enhancing daily interactions with technology. Her goal is to create digital solutions that respect and empower users, contributing to more human-centered, inclusive, and meaningful experiences in our increasingly digital world.

Samantha holds a B.A. in studio art from Smith College and an M.A. in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design | The New School.

She has lived and worked in Miami, New York City, and Philadelphia. She now resides on an island off Maine’s coast near Acadia National Park with her family.
