I help teams design better digital experiences—especially when the systems are tangled, the roadmap is unclear, or the handoffs aren’t quite working. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across industries and org sizes, helping organizations turn messy platforms and shifting priorities into thoughtful, durable experiences.
My experience spans healthcare, finance, education, nonprofit, and biotech—supporting both mission-driven organizations and Fortune 500 enterprises. I’ve worked with distributed teams across time zones and designed platforms for global markets, including multi-region commerce and multilingual systems. Along the way, I’ve partnered with companies like Vanguard, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, and Clarins—leading platform overhauls, contributing to digital transformations, and helping teams bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
I’ve worked on design efforts that didn’t just improve usability—they built trust, drove adoption, and helped teams hit goals that actually mattered. From streamlining clunky workflows to improving customer satisfaction and NPS scores, I’ve seen how thoughtful design can translate into real business value—and not just the kind that shows up in spreadsheets. Sometimes the best feedback is no feedback—because the thing just works, and nobody’s yelling at customer support.
I care deeply about getting to the root of a problem—before designing a solution. Whether it’s a product flow, a team dynamic, or the story a product is trying to tell, I look for the underlying structures, tradeoffs, and human needs that shape the experience. I think the most effective problem solving happens when teams have enough structure to focus—and enough space to think together. That balance is where creative momentum usually lives. That’s where good design lives—and the kind of work I keep saying yes to, even when I know it’ll get messy before it gets good.
I’ve lived and worked in Miami, New York, and Philadelphia, and now call the coast of Maine home. These days, I split my time between digital systems and salt air—mentoring designers, helping local artists build their first online galleries, and trying to keep the woodstove going without setting off the smoke alarm.
